Said & Done

When all is said and done –
I wonder whether or not it will be.
Said and done, that is.
Will it be done
Well and faithfully?
Will what’s been spoken
Have been truth?
And, will that truth fill our love
In the same way water fills a cup
Or sunrise fills the sky?
When the fight is fought
And the race is run,
Will there be Peace?
May there be Peace.
